An Asian food book with a difference, fantastic recipes and ideas from parts of Asia we in the West rarely get to see. I read the reviews on Amazon.com where one reviewer said the pork vindaloo recipe didn't work. Well, it does. I copied the recipe note for note and it's superb. The spice paste is aromatic and moorish, the heat of it depends (believe it or not) on the type of chilli you are using. I also found the thing at the back called an index suprisingly useful and would recommend it to that particular reviewer.
